Pine Street near State Highway 1
Town of Vivian Police patrol about 3 miles on LA Hwy 1 (South & North Pine Street) constantly. Sometimes as many as 3 patrolmen-will write tickets for 1 mile over the speed limit. The speed limits change from 45 to 35 to 50 within very short distances.
