Pinhook Road near Commission Road
If you are heading up Commission (where the FedEx and UPS main offices are located), towards Pinhook, the van is usually parked directly across the street on Pinhook. It appears to be directing its radar towards traffic on Pinhook headed towards the Youngsville Highway.

Here, again, is the Safe Speed van. They park at various locations as speed deterrents rather than speed traps. Tickets are issued and are enforceable. Safe Speed would be useless if the tickets aren't enforceable.
