Placentia Street near Adams Street
As you are going east down placentia (when Estancia High school is on your left) At the base of fair view hill their is a street. there is a moto-cop parked at the end of this street. This hill is usually very empty and encourages speeds of around 60 the hill is steep and you need to break in order to get down to the 35 MPH speed limit. I have seen multiple cops waiting there at the same time waiting for a victim.
