at the traffic light at plaza drive usually late at night but have caught them in the day, there is a pedestrian cross walk on the side closest to king soopers and he will park on the crosswalk on the opposite side of the 3-way intersection. he will wait because speed limit is 35 and thru that stretch, most commonly you will be speeding coming off of hwy 42. also just down the road towards lafayette; less than .1 mile away there is a sectioned off turn lane that goes to nothing, the cops like to sit there as well and wait for speeders.
