Pleasant Hill Road Road near Buford Highway Overpass Road
Now that the Overpass has ben completed on Pleasant Hill Road, you can go through that area much easier. Because Duluth has Dark(Black) police cars they hide under these overpasses in the dark hours. The speed limit is 45 MPH, but now that the problem of the intersection of Buford Highway and the Railroad tracks are gone, you may have the attempt to go faster then 45. They are they waiting on you. Mine was 61 in a 45 zone.

Same place, same exact speed, as innocent as you were! This speed trap like many others is simply illegal because not backed up by a traffic engineering speed survey -- speed limit should be above 85th percentile, which clearly is much above 45 MpH in this place since the overpass was completed.
Plead not guilty, subpoena the prosecution for the traffic engineering speed survey report. Don't let yourself being intimidated and go all the way, they don't have it, your case will end up being dismissed, no choice, it is illegal without it, period, as simple as that!
Police and court system abuse ignorant and easily intimidated people like most of us, including me -- I almost caved in as well! I am disgusted by this system corrupted by money! The way the prosecutor tried to intimidate me and extort money from me is a total shame!
