Heading down Pleasant Valley, from Oltorf to Riverside, there’s a short dead-end road on the right, directly across the street from Metropolis Apartments, that usually has a few buses parked in it. Once every week or two, there’ll be two motorcycle cops sitting there all morning. It’s coming down off a hill, so it’s pretty easy pickings for them; they’ll pull somebody over, finish writing the ticket, and then have to wait maybe thirty seconds to find somebody else to pull over. Be careful.
