Plummer Street near Topanga Canyon Boulevard
Officers sit on Plummer street just west of Topanga and will pull you over for speeding, stop sign violation, left turn violations (those lovely signs that prohibit left turns during certain hours) and will even ticket you for no front license plates (a problem with import cars).
