Ponce de Leon Boulevard near Between riviera and granada, travelling southbound
Police motorcycles and/or cruisers will be parked behind the cars on the southbound side. They hide, and wait for cars to leave from (or fly through) the stoplight on Riviera(usually students late for class) and clock them for going over the ludicrously low 35mph speed limit (average traffic is doing close to 50 here, by the way). You cannot see them until you’re ~250 feet away, at which time they have stepped out into the street and stopped someone. Occasionally, they wait for you to pass, and send a unit out to get you.
