Poplar between Kimbrough and Exeter
Cops sit in the entrances to various streets/apartments in this general stretch of road on the North side of Poplar. Be careful, especially late at night when there are no other cars around you. Even though Germantown cops frequently drive at 5 to 10 MPH over the speed limit, they WILL pull you over for doing less than 5 over, so be careful, since it is apparently more dangerous for the general civilian to speed than it is for the cops.
