Port Monmouth Road / Spy House / Ideal Beach
The parking lot directly across from the Spy House (also known as the Seabrook-Wilson house) at Ideal Beach usually sits a cop or two. They also have undercovers driving down near the co-op and sitting in the beach parking lot.
