Speed Limit is normally 30 although it is a school zone. But when I see them it is usually around 6:00 a.m. and there are no kids there. They also sit there when school is out in the summer…I think to throw the drivers off. Both places you usually won’t see them until it is to late the Port Orchard Cops like to hide and they like to give tickets with little room for leniency.
