The cops love to sit in the little cul de sac facing Poway Rd before Garden Rd (the car wash) They radar commuters traveling eastbound at high traffic times.. Morning, mid afternoon, evenings.

Wednesday, September 25, 2019 9am. Video recorded 3 traffic stops by two motorcycle deputies in front of Lowe's. They almost caused two collisions in the process. One ticket was for $400. Deputy Frost committed at least one traffic violation before pulling over victim #3. They are not serving the community.
