Prairie Avenue near Beware between S.H #41 and Highway 95
The Kootenai County Sheriff’s Department
and Idaho State Police hide on rural area
side roads in order to speed trap persons
traveling on Prairie Avenue between State
Highway #41 and Highway 95. I observe them
quite frequently during daylight and early
evening hours awaiting victims who exceed
the 40 MPH posted speed limit for revenue
purposes.
