Blacksburg police officer will sit on the sidewalk by the stoplight at the bottom of the hill. Officer is not visible until you come around the corner on prices fork road.. mainly only there during the nighttime hours

I think the vast majority of traffic stops this cop makes is for cars making an illegal right turn on red from Heather to Prices Fork.
