At the Buffet Restaurant just when you first enter keswick and the speed limit changes from 80 on the south side of the lights to 70 going up the hill to 60 going dowm it on the other side . this is normal for any time of day but it is more common to be set up direstly across the road for traffic leaving keswick in the morning rush..
