Quick red on traffic lights
Many cities now are using the quick 3 second yellow light to help to bring in more fines for the cities. Plymouth is a 3 second light town. So if you think you have time to clear the normal 4 to 5 second yellow, watch out in Plymouth. It’s a $100. fine. Mansfield also uses many 3 second lights.
