Raleigh Road near US Highway 54
Only on the side of the road leaving UNC, headed downhill. The cop usually sits in the left turn lane or in the driveway directly across form it at the bottom of the hill. The speed limit signs are blocked by trees & vines. The speed limit is 35mph and you will exceed this just by coasting because the hill is so steep. This is also a popular place to train new officers and they will pull you for 1 or 2 mph over.
