Redd Road south/westbound changes from 40-45 mph as you approach Westwind then drops to 30-35 mph after Westwind; as you pass Hornedo M.S. & Franklin H.S. Usually a motorcyle cop is shooting radar in the parking lot of one of the schools, mostly on weekends in the a.m.
