Reed Road from Outer Loop all the way north to Road 5.
Although this is a residential area the road is wide and 45mph would be very safe. However, the limit is 30mph and a perfect road for a radar violation as they always have the radar turned on in the vehicles. They drive this road as it is the main road north and south besides Hwy 89.

They changed the speed limit...it is 45 from Outer Loop to road 2 South and then becomes 40 mph.
