Reeves Ave & NW 23rd St
There is usualy a motorcycle cop on a small BMW motorcycle riding east and west and the odd thing is is that 23rd is part of the dividing line between OKC and Bethany so really he isn’t alowed to write Bethany tickets on the north side of the stree.
