Rehoboth Beach police regularly hide at the entrance to the town where the speed limit sharply dips down, are filling quotas and looking for out of state visitors who won’t fight the tickets.

Try again. If you would pay attention while driving, you would know that the speed limit drops as soon as you turn off of Route one, not at the entrance to town at the draw bridge also know as, J-u-r-i-s-d-i-c-t-i-o-n
It is not a through street there. It has 4-5 blocks left, then beach. It is a fairly crowded road, especially in season.
Any of the small towns in Delaware enforces to some degree (state cops). General roads seem fairly loose, but not too. Their roads are almost the farm to market type.
