Reseda Blvd at Burbank Blvd

LAPD motorcycle hides at South East corner of Reseda/Burbank intersection, just South of 101 freeway overpass. He is looking for those Northbound on Reseda turning right on red at the light onto Burbank. If you’re even close to those Southbounders making the same turn he gets you for "Fail to yield right of way." He is also ticketing those Southbounders who turn after their green arrow goes off. Be very careful here! Many have gotten nabbed here by this sneaky, hidden cop for technical violations. Suggestion: Do not turn right on red from Reseda Northbound onto Burbank Blvd, though legal, at ANY time!

Comments:
They will pull over people for supposedly not seeing a sign forbidding the turn on red during certain hours. So even if you legally stop and turn right, if you don't see this alleged sign, you can be pulled over. Immediately after I was pulled over, the cop pulled over ten people in a row as I watched. What are the odds? Definitely a trap. Ironically, I was exiting Reseda to be safe when my phone was called. I drive very safely. It just one of those rigged spots where they can get a bunch of tickets for a quota. I wish I could have contacted the others as witnesses. Anyone else knows about this please comment because I would like to know how to combat such an unlawful rule. I didn't make a moving violation technically, but according to their sign, one can turn red during such and such hours and one cannot turn right during other hours, presumable as a traffic easement design. Great if you are not familiar with the area! They don't make the sign easy to see and I never saw it. I am trying to gather pictures. If anyone has been through something similar, please advise on best way to combat in court. Thank you.
