I would like to make a few comments about having worked as a police officer in Kenilworth. Some may remember me and perhaps not. When I patroled the streets and saw a violation I would stop check them out and regardles if they were from Kenilworth or from Chicago, if they were white black,yellow, green or red I would issue a citation if they were speeding over 10-12 miles over. I wrote more tickets than any other officer and gave twice as many passes than any other. So some of the information you have in here may not be all that truthful about a local getting a pass. However the laws have changed with this stop and fill out a report on one's race program and I for one do not agree with such operations.
