Right after the light on Poway Rd/Silver Lake Dr.
Immediately after the light on Poway Rd/Silver Lake Drive, in the Pho Ca Dao & Grill parking lot. There’s about 4 Sherriff Deputies parked there.. 2 lasing drivers and 2 pulling drivers into the parking lot and giving them a ticket. I’m new to the area but apparently the speed limit is 35 here.
