Four lane road with a center turn lane with a speed limit of 25MPH. If you speed on this road you will get caught any time of day or night.

And the resident courtesy officer of Rime Village Apartments wrote plenty of tickets there at the request of some residents. Usually 35+ in a 25. I wrote at 40+ myself occasionally. 25 is much too slow of a speed limit there.
