The entrance to the basketball courts/basteball fields by the mission often hides a cop. The speed limit on rio road is an absurdly low 25 mph. Be careful and don’t worry about keeping up with traffic.

Between the Mission and Hwy 1 is entirely in a residential area, which by law is classified as a 25mph zone. LOTS of kids, a school, tourists and a ball park. Drive carefully, there are old folks sharing the road.
