I hate to be the one to bust your BUBBLE, but there is no River Road in Sandusky, Ohio. The location you are speaking of is in Huron Ohio, in the Old Industrial Park area south of their town. It is a rather rural area with factories spaced fairly far apart, and yes, HURON PD is a speed trap department.
