Yes.. as you are coming up from woodale park you will see him from above if you are careful.. sometimes they turn thier headlamps off. or they have small amber lights on...they dont always just sit in the front of the fire dept. they sit all the way in the back so they can catch your speed...also be alert their vehicles are a color which you cannot easily spot. and they dont have reflectors either.
