Yes, he's/she's right! I've seen them for myself with my own eye. You'll know you're getting close when you go by a BIG ROCK that looks like a BEAR and when you are right on them you'll go by a BIG BEAR that looks like a ROCK. Careful cause they don't write warning tickets!
