Not a speed trap, but a no right turn on red trap. CCPD sits in Miller Honda dealership waiting for motorists to make that right turn from Robertson onto Washington. The signals are not demand-activated and motorists can be waiting for a few minutes, even with no cross-traffic.

Yes, I live in the neighborhood and this is one big cash cow for the Culver City bureaucrats pension fund. Intentionally long light cycles and no-turn-on-red get morning motorists frustrated as they try to go scrape a living. Typically, CCPD motorcycle cops hide in the bushes or behind parked cars in the small area behind Miller Honda, ready to pounce on their prey. They hide there mostly during AM rush hours.
