Yes, Robo Cop is real. They have a small white SUV that has a spot light(flash) hanging off the side of roof. Moved all over town. Don't think it is city owned, just contracted out from someone. Loves to be set up on 45 bypass north between bowling alley and bridge at porter cable. 50 dollars a pop. Someone is making a fortune.
