The posted speed is 35 mph. The stretch of road is approx 2.5 miles of open straight-a-way which most people go 50mph +. The Valley View police vehicles sit off the main road on an access auxillary path hidden by the hilly terrain usually at darkness between 9pm & 2am although not unlikely to see them during daylight. This stretch of downhill roadway crosses 2 municipalities. Garfield Heights sit on the same stretch right past the US Post Office and get you as you exit the city. BE CAREFUL….. Posted 35 mph MEANS 35 mph…..These cities rely on traffic citation revenue in their budgets. Failure to comply will cost you $135.00.
