Rockside Road near Btwn Canal and Turney
Rockside Rd between Canal and Turney is a four-lane, limited access hilly section thru a non-residential woodsy area. Posted limit is 35mph! Just coasting down the hills can put you over 50mph. A graveled apron midway on the south side is a perfect spot for radar – hidden by trees traveling westbound and by a hillside eastbound. Traffic is generally light. Lived here 30yrs and never saw an accident on this stretch. They should be out patroling the neighborhood…

personally I think Garfield Heights employs way too many police, the suburb is "ticket happy" and very prejudice, I've worked in the city both in the 60's,70's and then in the 2000's and nothing has changed. They pull you over another car appears out of nowhere and whamo you'll get a ticket!
