the chaser cruiser sits at the volleyball parking lot or the parking lot by the playground of welland canal lock 3 museum and the other parks on the new rockwood ave stop sign far behind the stop sign near the new house there, with the radar. its tricky because u cant see the cruiser until you are close to rockwood.
Also people stop behind the cruiser thinking its waiting to turn, when its not and are afraid to go around and turn
