Rocky hill , parking area
There are 2 well hidden , no u-turn signs. Near the parking area for businesses The cop will park on the side of the road , so you cant see him. For either u-turning, and when you do there is a sign clear as day on the other side of the road.
The other is the speed is 25 mph , but its not possible due to terrain. Avoid Rocky hill at all cost . Anything you need you can get elsewhere.
