Rogers Avenue between 17th/18th Streets
The speed limit is posted 30 MPH, however, most everyone goes between 35/45 MPH. The Officer sits there anywhere from 7:30 am to noon and sometimes after lunch. He is sitting off the road behind the Queens Palace Speed Wash undetectable if you are going East bound on Rogers. Beware, he will give his mama a ticket.
