starts at the 4600 blk of rogers lane & 46th st. poloice parks on the 46th st. thats one. second is the entrance of lindy st. near the rogers lane. and the last one is closed to the 26th street . all those roads are outside the rogers lane area, is just a way to meet the quoata for the city.
