Roosevelt Blvd-Runs from Hgwy 491 To Forest Ridge Blvd.
The speed is as ridiculous 25 MPH the entire length. The sheriff car waits at the bottom of one of several gentle hills when you would coast at 32 mph. I lived on that blvd. for 3 years. It is a speed trap.
