Roosevelt Rt. 38 Road near East Street
Viking Restaurant parking lot. Easy to see if going westbound as they are "re-doing" the resuarant & not many cars are in the parking lot. When going eastbound, they are harder to see, and you’re going down a hill & picking up speed.

Dangerous stretch of road. Many blind spots, difficult to see on coming traffic when turing onto rt. 38.
Speed limit should be reduced from 40 to 35. Many motorists traveling in excess of 55-60mph.
Not monitored by police enough. I have to use this stretch of road because of where I live. Have had countless close calls from speeders. Slow down please.
