Root Road near Factory parking lot
They sit in the parking lot of the factory on the east side of the road and back up by the railroad tracks so you can’t see them.

This definitely is a speed trap. I live in the area and watch them sit there all the time clocking people, pulling people over and giving tickets. They catch speeders and people going around the RR crossing gates when they are down.
