Roscoe Boulevard near Valley Circle Boulevard
They are not there everyday, but they there on a regular basis, the actual trap is West of Roscoe just past the strip mall where the speed changes from 45 to 35 if your going west bound.

I personally know of a death on Roscoe right in the area of the orange orchard, slightly east of the ministrip mall on the northeast corner of Roscoe and Valley Circle. But the 35 MPH signage is poor.
If they put the signs in better locations, I'm sure people would slow down in that 2-lane section of Roscoe.
I can agree with the above statement...
