Roscoe Boulevard near Valley Circle Boulevard
As you approach Valley Circle Boulevard from Roscoe Boulevard, the posted speed limit on Roscoe drops suddenly from 40 mph to 35 mph. Several motorcycle policemen wait in a cul de sac street across from the entrance to Orcutt Ranch to site motorists who do not drop their speed from 40 mph to 35 mph quickly enough.
