roselle Road near Irving park Road
Heading north or south on Roselle Rd. between Lake st. and Irving Park rd. At night you are dead meat.. road is dead so don’t speed they are waiting for you…limit changes from 40 to 35 to 30 to 40mph F**cking stupid. Confusing.

Absolutely right- anyone who lives in or around here knows what pr*cks the Roselle cops are. Their primary goal is revenue, not public safety. Most patrolmen are people too, and have the ability to size up the people they stop- cutting breaks, giving warnings where appropriate. Roselle police are ticket-writing robots, particularly the female "officers". Do you know anyone who's been cut any slack in Rosehell?
