Rosemark Road near Gragg Road
Shelby county deputies, sit at the baseball field of TRA school. The speed limit is 30MPH, however once you cross mudville it jumps to 45. These same deputies are clocking on Rosemark Road, across Austin Peay(Hwy14) at Memphis Arlington Rd.

Same general area, SCSD parked on private land shooting at North bound traffic.
Not legal for them to be on private property unless land owner OK's.
