Rosescrans Ave @ Clark Park
The motorcycle cop will hide behind the park’s entrance sign. Posted speed going up Rosecrans is 45, going down Rosecrans is 50 – go figure… Same road same speeds, shouldnt that be standard?! Its very tempting to gun it up the hill and also speed down.
