Coming down the rise for the Route 40 overpass going south the state police will set up, with or w/o chase cars, often times in a multiple car operation. The radar car sits in front of the highway sign post just at the bottom of the incline. This is a favorite morning trap. On the other side of the road, coming north from Route 13, a trooper will sit midday against the median wall by himself, often times standing out with his gun, physically waving people off the road when he’s picked someone out.
