Route 11 just north of Strasburg in the Hupp’s Hill area
This area extends from the bridge over I-81 to the actual residental area, aproximately 2 miles. The posted limit is 45 mph, but it looks for all the world like a typical 55 mph zone. Town police will drive up and down the road constantly, using their moving radar. They will also frequently set up stationary radar in the parking lots of businesses, posing as parked cars. There is strong talk of reducing this already ridiculous limit to 35 mph.
