Route 13 at Hwy 4
This area is heavily patrolled and they look for any reason to pull you over.I had out-of-state plates and passed through weekly and would be stopped nearly every time. The speed limit is posted and reasonable, but they will come up with any reason to stop you and ask questions.

The cop is not always in a car, he will hide his car from sight and stand behind a telephone pole, almost impossible to see.
