Observed around 11 am on Wednsday 8/31/2011 on Route 130 South, after County Route 679 and Stults Road, before Charles Court, a police SUV in the median facing wrongway clocking south bound traffic. Another police car on the shoulder about half mile away, ready to pounce on victims of this scam. speed limit in the area 55 mph.
