Route 133 by-pass
This is a four lane roadway with a grass median. The speed limit is 45mph. I’ve talked to a person at the NJDOT and he told me that no 85 percentile study was done. The municipality determined the speed limit. He also said that he knows for a fact that it is used to generate revenue for the twp.
